By accessing and using Milo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Milo is a lead management and scheduling platform designed for service businesses. The Service includes lead tracking, calendar management, automated follow-ups, and communication tools.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Milo offers subscription-based pricing plans:

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
  • Payment is processed through Stripe
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malicious code or viruses
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications

6. SMS Messaging Terms

Program Name: Milo SMS Campaigns

Program Description: Milo provides SMS campaign functionality that allows you to send text messages to your leads and customers. Messages may include appointment reminders, follow-ups, and marketing communications.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your campaign settings. You control when and how often messages are sent to your contacts.

Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier rates apply for SMS messages sent and received.

Opt-Out Instructions:

  • Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from future messages
  • Reply HELP for assistance
  • You can also manage SMS preferences in your account settings

Carrier Compatibility: The SMS service is available on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Compliance: You agree to use SMS features in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and all applicable laws. You must obtain proper consent before sending messages to contacts.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in the Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data, and we will not sell your data to third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Milo and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Milo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete your data after a reasonable period.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
